MARAEY, the first destination in the world to obtain the Biosphere seal as a private initiative, means "The Land Without Evil", a paradise where natural resources are never exhausted. Our mission is to become a world reference in Sustainability and to be the main tourism-real estate pole in Brazil.

MARAEY's positioning as a sustainable development has been recognized with the international Leadership Award Latin America 2021, granted by the U.S. Green Building Council, the world's leading certifying body for sustainable communities, based on the significant commitments integrated in the Master Plan and in all of the development's actions. It is also the first mixed-use complex to receive the Sustainable SITES Initiative pre-certification in the GOLD category in South America.
